At the end of the meditation....

You'll be guided back to our meeting point at the car park (the meditation goes for 15 mins).

There will be a collection of crystals and shells at the waters edge if you'd like to, you can choose a crystal or a shell and place an intention or prayer inside of it (There's instructions in the audio for this). 

Once we are in the water, Maria will guide a short ceremony with your crystal or shell.
