Soul + Sound Ceremonies

Foxy Feelgood is the alter ego of Justine Sharkie + Shell Mirabella.

Shell (with the blonde hair) plays the instruments and sound frequencies and Jus (the brunette) guides the meditation and channels light language (healing energy).

They are both mums of 3 kids each, and are passionate about creating a life that is anchored in their core values: alignment, joy, minimalism, presence and gratitude. 

When they are together, they can't stop laughing and they bring this light hearted, fun energy into the deeply healing space of Soul + Sound.

We'll show you where to put your stuff, where the toilets are and help you get comfy on your mat for the ceremony.

We'll start with a brief chat about our theme for the night. It's often drawn from the collective energies we've been feeling in the lead up to the night or the particular alignments of the moon and planets in our solar system.

.

Then you'll get comfy and have space to set your own intention.

.

From here, there's nothing left to do but rest, restore and let the sounds do their magic.

We encourage you to listen to your body throughout the session: this might mean movement, stretching or just being extra curious and compassionate with yourself. 

.

After an hour or so, we'll gently guide you back to ground and integrate your energies. You'll have plenty of time to reflect, journal and share your journey with us (if you like). 

Please bring anything that will help you feel comfy which may include:

Blanket

Pillow

Yoga mat

Water

Journal + Pen 

Feel free to bring any crystals you would like to be cleansed and charged by the sounds too.
